Lynx Lake Recreation Area | Hiking Arizona

This lake isn’t very large but that doesn’t stop the visitors from packing it all in. Lynx Lake receives more than 100,000 visitors each year and the views, trails, weather and staff undoubtedly, create the cause.

Lynx Lake sits at 5,500 feet elevation just outside of Prescott, Arizona and has everything a family needs for a great Arizona getaway. Whether is be just for a weekend or a week long visit you can stay up to 14 days at Lynx Lake campgrounds. The campground has many amenities but most of all it's the Prescott National Forest and beautiful vegetation surrounding the entire lake that creates your blissful stay and although you will have other campers nearby while you’re visiting you’ll relax like you’re nestled somewhere in the middle of an unknown wilderness (Minus the paved roads of course).
